Minimum stays are negotiable depending on the occupancy of the home immediately prior to the intended day of arrival.
Electricity consumption at a daily rate of 110 Kwh per day are included in the above rates.
Any consumption in excess of such rate will be recovered from the damages and breakages deposit at the rate applicable
to the >600 Kwh bracket.

Sondel is our preferred choice for an excellent experience in quality accommodation and hospitality whenever Ingrid and I visit Plett with our family or friends from the Carolinas in the USA. The 5 bedrooms with full bathrooms on suite are ideal for our size group. The upstairs living room, dining room and kitchen with views of the Ocean, are spacious with high quality furnishing, and everything a family or group of friends would need to relax and self-cater as needed. Having its own pool is another plus, besides a very easy and pleasant walk to the beach. We are planning our third consecutive visit to Plett with friends, March 2027…. and very much look forward to another wonderful Sondel experience.
